How this directory is built
Every clinic here is drawn from public records, and every price, doctor and service links back to the page it came from with the date we read it.
Where the listings come from
The working list of clinics starts from public Google Maps business listings for fertility and reproductive-medicine practices across Mexico. That gives the name, city, address, phone number and website for 477 clinics. On top of that base we add an accreditation layer from two registries: REDLARA, the Latin American reproductive-medicine network, and the 2019 COFEPRIS list of authorized assisted-reproduction establishments. A clinic that appears on either registry carries a badge on its profile.
How each profile is filled in
For treatments, published prices, financing and the medical team, we read each clinic's own website. A structured extraction pulls those fields into the profile, and each fact keeps the source link and the access date. 25 clinics publish at least one treatment price on their site, so those profiles show a price table. Where a clinic publishes nothing, the profile says so and points you to the clinic instead of guessing.
What we verify
Registry dates matter. The only public COFEPRIS list is a PDF whose internal creation date is February 2019, so we treat it as a historical overlay rather than a current authorization, and we say so on the sources page. REDLARA is checked live. Google Maps data is re-read on a set date, shown in the source note. When a clinic detail cannot be tied to a public page, it is left out.
About the prices
Prices shown across the directory are published by each clinic and change often. Treat every figure as a starting point and confirm the current cost, and what it includes, directly with the clinic.
About success rates
You will not find per-clinic success rates here. Live-birth and pregnancy figures depend on patient age, diagnosis, how cycles are counted and how each clinic reports them, so a number from one clinic cannot be compared with a number from another. Presenting them side by side would imply a ranking that the data does not support, so we leave them out and explain the difference instead.
What we don't do
- We do not publish per-clinic success rates. Clinics do not measure results the same way, so those figures are not comparable and are left out here.
- We do not collect our own reviews. We show each clinic's public rating and review count as a reference, but we do not rank clinics by that rating.
- We do not cover surrogacy.
- We do not book appointments or pass your details to any clinic.
- We do not accept payment for a higher position. Where a clinic appears reflects how complete its public information is, not who paid.
